Dashboard
The Dashboard is your central hub for tracking user activity and productivity insights.
Here, you can select an individual user or view data for all users, and choose the specific time frame you’d like to analyze.
Metrics
Key metrics available on the dashboard include:
- Average Hours Worked per User per Week – Understand workload trends and team efficiency over time.
- Total Hours Worked per Month – See the overall time investment across your team or for a specific user.
- Most Used Tags – Identify the most frequently applied tags to get a sense of task types or categories.
- Late Check-ins / Check-outs – Monitor punctuality across the team.
- Shifts per User per Month – See scheduling distribution.
- Notification Engagement – Track how notifications are being used.
OB (Overtime Bonus) Summaries
The dashboard can show OB summaries — aggregated overtime bonus data by category. Use this to understand overtime patterns and costs.
Time-off Summaries
View time-off summaries for the selected period — approved absences, pending requests, and trends. Helps with capacity planning and leave management.
Filters
Use the date range and user filters to focus on specific periods or team members. On the Pro plan, you can also filter by team.
