Scheduler

The Scheduler is your central tool for managing work shifts across the company. With a flexible calendar interface, you can quickly create, adjust, and organize shifts for all team members.

Scheduler Overview

  • Drag and Drop Shifts
Reassign or reschedule by simply dragging shifts between employees or time slots.

  • Add Multiple Shifts at Once
Plan out full weeks or months before publishing.

  • Preview and Adjust
See overlapping or conflicting shifts before they go live.

You’ll see all employees listed under the company, giving you a complete picture of shift coverage in one place.

Whether you’re scheduling for the week or month, the Scheduler helps ensure coverage and clarity for both coworkers and managers.

Creating and Editing Shifts

To add or update a shift, click a date on the calendar or select an existing shift. Each shift includes:

  • Position (e.g., IT, Economy, Design, Support)
  • Location
  • Start and End Dates
  • Optional Notes for extra context

Scheduler Overview

Shifts can be assigned to individual users or teams. You can save drafts and publish when ready.

Publishing Options

Once you’ve created shifts, you have two ways to publish them:

Scheduler Selection Options

  • Manual Publish
Review and fine-tune your shifts before making them visible to the team. Ideal for custom or sensitive schedules.

  • Auto-Publish
Automatically publish shifts after generation — perfect for standard, recurring schedules.

Auto-Schedule

Use the Auto-Schedule button to automatically generate shifts based on each employee’s profile and availability. The system takes into account:

  • Typical Weekly Hours
  • Position and Role
  • Predefined Templates
  • Previously Selected Roles and Times

By analyzing historical scheduling data, Auto-Schedule creates shifts that align closely with past patterns — producing a familiar and reliable schedule for each employee. This helps maintain consistency while saving time and promoting fairness across teams.
