Reports

The Reports section gives you a detailed overview of all registered work hours across your team.

Time Entries Report

For each time entry, you’ll see:

  • User Name
  • Tags used
  • Team (if assigned)
  • Start and End Time
  • Total Hours Worked
  • OB (Overtime Bonus) categories, if configured

You can edit time entries directly in the report — useful for corrections or adding OB categories.

Schedule Entries Report

View schedule data separately — shifts, positions, locations, and assignments. Useful for schedule audits and planning.

Filters

Filter by:

  • Time period — Date range
  • User — Specific team members
  • Project — Project-based time (Pro)
  • Team — Team-based filtering (Pro)
  • Tag — Work type or category

Exports

  • Excel (XLSX) — Export time or schedule data for analysis, sharing, or record-keeping. Requires an active subscription.
  • PAXML — On the Pro plan, export payroll-ready data for Fortnox, Visma, or other payroll systems. Configure payroll members and OB categories in Settings first.
