Time-off

The Time-off section lets you request and manage time away from work. You can submit requests for vacation, sick leave, or other absences, and track their approval status.

Creating a Request

  1. Go to the Time-off section in your organization
  2. Click Add request or New request
  3. Select the date range for your absence
  4. Choose a reason (e.g., Vacation, Sick leave)
  5. Add optional notes for context
  6. Submit the request

Your request will be sent to your manager or admin for approval.

Viewing Your Requests

All your time-off requests appear in a table. You can see:

  • Status — Pending, Approved, Rejected, or Cancelled
  • Dates — The period you requested
  • Reason — The category you selected
  • Notes — Any additional information

Conflict Detection

If your request overlaps with scheduled shifts, the system will highlight potential conflicts. You may need to coordinate with your manager to adjust your schedule before or after your time off.

Cancelling a Request

You can cancel a pending request before it is approved. Once approved, contact your manager or admin if you need to make changes.
