Users
The Users section gives you full control over your team’s profiles and time tracking data. Here, you can manage all active members of your organization and invite new ones as needed.

Manage Invitations
Send, track, and revoke invitations for new team members. -
Change User Roles
Switch between Admin, Active, or Disabled roles based on access needs. -
Edit Clocked Times
Click on a user to view and modify their time entries — this opens a view similar to the main Timekeeping table.. -
Edit User Information
Update profile details such as name, email, and preferences under
UserSettings
. -
Delete Users
Permanently remove users who are no longer part of the organization.
Whether you’re assigning roles or reviewing time entries, the Users section makes it simple to manage your team’s access and data.
Inviting Users
You can invite one or multiple users by entering their email addresses separated by commas.
- Press Enter or type a comma after each email to add them.
- Use Backspace to remove an email before sending the invitation.
- Invited users will receive an email with a link to create their account.
Note: Admins can manage users, billing, settings, logs, and more.
