Core Plan

The Core plan includes:

• Timekeeping — Check in/out, time entries, tags
• Schedule — View shifts, iCal export
• Time-off — Request and track absences
• Reports — View time and schedule reports (export requires active subscription)
• User management — Invite users, assign roles
• Settings — Locations, positions, tags, templates, time-off rules
• Dashboard — Basic analytics
• Notifications — In-app and email

Pro Plan

Everything in Core, plus:

• Projects — Project management, tasks, files, time tracking
• Teams — Team management and assignments
• Shift transfers — Request and approve shift swaps
• GPS enforcement — Require location for check-in (optional)
• Payroll — PAXML export for payroll systems
• Project billing — Usage-based billing for storage and users
• Team filtering — Filter reports and approvals by team

Trial

During a trial, you can explore Pro features. Report exports may be limited until you have an active subscription. Check your organization’s billing page for current plan details.
