Timekeeping

The Timekeeping section is where you check in and out of your daily work. It keeps a detailed record of your activities, including both your shift time and any additional tasks you log throughout the week.

Check In

Click Check In to log the start of your current activity. A pop-up will appear where you can:

  • Choose the activity Tag
  • Optionally add a note for context

Overview

After checking in, you’ll return to the Overview. This screen displays:

  • The task you’re currently clocked into
  • A running timer for the activity
  • A visual history of recent entries

Check Out

When your task is complete, press Check Out to stop the timer.

  • Your total time will be logged
  • The entry will be saved automatically
  • You can view, filter, or export your time records at any time

Completed Entry


Extra Work

Use the Extra Work option to track any tasks outside your regular shift — such as overtime, special assignments, or support tasks.

  • Register extra work manually

Completed Entry

  • Select a tag that describes the task
  • Choose the duration in hours and minutes
  • Add a brief description for context

This ensures all work — even outside of scheduled shifts — is accurately recorded and reportable.
